If you need to see a doctor at any of our clinics, you can walk in anytime between 10 am and 8 pm to have a consultation. We do encourage calling us in advance to book an appointment, but if you decide to walk in, we will ensure that you get the see the doctor with minimal waiting period.

Walk-in customers receive the same high-quality medical care as our subscribed members and have access to lab and pharmacy under the same roof. However, they do not have access to our 24/7 Doctor-on-Call or Electronic Medical Record services as both these require subscription to our annual health plans. We recommend our annual health plan subscription to walk-in patients as a step-up experience, when they want to derive greater value from a long term relationship with our doctors.

Our consultation charges for walk-in patients start from:

Family Physician consultations                 – INR 200
Specialist consultations                                – INR 300

Follow-ups within a week of the previous consultation are charged at 50% of the above rates.
