“We have been visiting Nationwide Healthcare, Whitefield Clinic for the past 6 months and I am very much satisfied with the caring attitude of the staff and doctors there. I must especially mention Dr. Roshni Jhan Ganguli here, whom we have been consulting since our 2nd visit to the clinic. We have been highly impressed by Dr. Roshni’s professional skills as well as the personal and caring attitude she brings in her behavior while dealing with her patients. She gives us enough time to listen to our medical issues and is not someone who would immediately start writing prescriptions and antibiotics at the drop of a hat- especially my 2 year old little daughter. Her friendly nature is so infectious that my daughter who would generally start screaming at the sight of a doctor previously now keeps asking when she can meet her “Roshni Aunty” next. My father and mother in law find her equally comfortable to go to and discuss about their old age related issues. Dr. Roshni is not just a good doctor but a great counsellor as well as she takes time out in talking to the elderly and tries to make them feel better with her pep talk. Although the family physician concept has died down over the years, we must thank Nationwide and Dr. Roshni in particular for making us feel that there is someone whom we can trust for a sound medical advice without worrying about being taken for a ride and someone who is available 24×7 if required. I wish Nationwide comes up with more such clinics with diagnostic services and it will be great if we can have one in our neighbourhood (Seegehalli/Near Kadugodi Shell Petrol Pump)”

“We have moved to Whitefield, Bangalore 4 months ago and were searching for a pediatrician when one of our neighbor introduced us to Dr. Roshni at the Nationwide’s Whitefield clinic. Since then we go to Nationwide for all kinds of general medical care for my two kids. Dr. Roshni is an extremely friendly person/doctor we have ever met. Last week my son was running high fever and the symptoms were similar to Dengue. We were really concerned as we heard many things about Dengue. Dr. Roshni went the extra mile taking complete ownership for his recovery, keeping tab on my son’s health periodically (to the extent that she was reachable on her mobile in case we encounter any issues) until the blood platelet count increased to normal levels . By god’s grace, it was just a viral fever that made the platelets to drop and after the treatment he is absolutely normal. Thank you Dr. Roshni and NationWide for the wonderful experience.”

“Me and my family subscribed to NationWide’s services a couple of months back, mainly because I liked the concept of a Family Physician – something which is pretty common in the developed world but still not so popular in India. However, the benefits that I withdrew were much more than what I expected at the beginning. The subscription allows any member of my family to call up a doctor anytime for consultation.

Once,  I had an accident at home severely injured my palm by broken pieces of glass. My Family Physician was at my home in 15 minutes and I ended up in the plastic surgery department of the Manipal Hospital within an hour from the time of injury. The medical history created by the NationWide doctors acts as a guide for prescribing right medication based on past events and also provides reminders to pending medical services, e.g. vaccination for children.
