Online Electronic Medical Record

You don’t make out a new passport every time you fly on a different airline, do you? Then why should you have to repeat your entire medical history every time you consult a new doctor?

Exactly what we had in mind when we decided that every one of our subscribed customers will have all their medical history, right from childhood – including previous clinical diagnoses, treatment details, lab and radiology reports, discharge summaries, in an easily retrievable online electronic format. During your initial health check-up with us, your Personal Physician will spend anywhere up to 45 minutes with you to collate your medical history and create a medical file with summary on our proprietary Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.  You will be required to share whatever medical records are available with you so as to enable the Personal Physician to make an accurate record. This record is accessible to you and anyone else you decide to share it with, through a secure password-protected online portal. A copy of this medical file and the pocket summary will be sent to you as part of the welcome kit when you subscribe to any of our annual health plans. Your Personal Physician will also keep this online record constantly updated whenever you have a medical event or doctor consultation, provided you share all details with us. The advantages of having an electronic medical record online are:

  1. Accessible online to both the patient as well as any doctor authorised by you, 24/7, anywhere in the world.
  2. Pocket Medical summary can be a life-saver in an emergency such as a road-traffic accident
  3. Specialist referrals can be smoother and may aid speedy diagnosis and treatment
