In the unfortunate case of an emergency, or if you have any medical problem, you just need to give us a call. We will connect you to your Personal Physician. If your Personal Physician is unavailable for some reason (off-duty or busy on another call), he/she will call you back once free. However, if your query/problem is urgent and cannot wait, the on-call doctor will provide the necessary assistance in place of your own doctor. The on-call doctor is able to do this because he/she has access to your entire online electronic medical record & history and can use the same in an emergency to quickly assess your problem and take the right decision for you. Depending on the situation, the on-call doctor or your Personal Physician will either give medical advice over phone and fix up a follow-up appointment the next day, or decide that you need to see a doctor immediately or rush to a hospital. In the latter case, we will inform the nearest local hospital/ambulance service to rush to your home, while our doctor continues to guide your family members with the right medical advice to be followed till the ambulance arrives.
