A registered customer is the one who avails our services as and when required without subscribing to any of our health plans. Every registered customer is provided with a ‘Customer ID’ which will act as the reference code for following consultations.

A subscribed member is the customer who has subscribed to our health plan. On subscription, every member is assigned a dedicated Personal Physician who creates an Online Electronic Medical Record (EMR). The subscribed member is also entitled to a battery of appropriate lab tests along with having access to a host of other facilities like and 24/7 Doctor-on-callhome visits at a discounted price.
